I am so sick of this. I’ve had zits here and there for a few years, but now it seems to be a consistent speckling of painful acne. I’m almost 16 and my face is oily in the forehead, chin, and nose. I get blackheads a lot and would absolutely love to get rid of those. I’ve recently started to get acne on my cheeks, whereas it is usually on the sides of the nose, the chin, and forehead.

about a year or 2 ago i got a little zit right between my eyebrows– the most noticeable place on my whole face. So i did the obvious and scratched it off. Days passed and the redness never went away. I was embarrased and makeup didn’t help too much because it was all swollen. But after what seemed like a loooong time it finally healed- and left a FRECKLE behind. i couldnt live with a freckle in that spot, so I scratched it out. yes, i actually dug under the skin so i wouldnt have a freckle there. Big mistake! i had the worst looking scar in that spot for about a year. it was embarrasing and i felt so self concious. After it went away, all was good. but i had to be careful around that area because if i barely messed with it, it would get all red and ‘threaten’ to come back. so anyway.. all was good. until just recently, i got a few zits on my forehead around that area. somehow, a zit popped up right in that spot between my eyebrows! i panicked and stupidly, without thinking, PICKED IT OFF. this cycle has started all over again– the scar is back, exactly like it was. it looks like a freakish red bindi. its embarrasing! right now i have tried these things to get rid of it:

•slept with a layer of toothpaste over my face (and extra on the scar spot)
•made a homemade ****** including flour, egg white, honey, sugar, oats, clearisil, and aveeno positively radiant cleanser
•made a hot compress system to open pores and i used cleansers once pores were open
•kept layers of rubbing alcohol, mary kay age fighting cleanser, neosporin, and clearisil on the problem area
