I never have a completely clear face no matter how much I wash. I always have one blemish. Does anyone know of a home remedy to get rid of acne or just a few pimples.

So, I had the worst kind of acne, got on accutane and got all better, treatment was from last August to February. All the acne went away around December. So its been about 9-10 months.
So my question is what products are good for making the scars left behind less noticeable, I sometimes put on a little makeup.

I suffered from severe cystic acne for around 2 years and over that time had been prescribed countless antibiotics to help combat the problem.
