i have mile to moderate acne, i have proactive, and it dont work at all, i have the neutrogena blackhead eraser, and it kinda works, but idk what else to try.. any suggestions?

My insurance knocked me down to taking the generic of YAZ. I managed to get a coupon from my gyno so I was able to get YAZ cheap. Now I am wondering if it is safe to switch back mid-cycle.
Also, since being on Gianvi I have been really depressed. I’ve only been on it like a week or week and a half. Not sure if there is a connection…but online it says it is not approved for the treatment of acne or PMDD. I am only taking YAZ for my hormonal acne.
Ive had acne since I was about 13 yrs old, I’m 23 now. Before I get into everything that I’ve tried, in addition to the severe acne I also have darkish facial hair. I have been tested for everthing under the sun, blood work, biopsys and all. I’ve had laser hair removal maybe 10 treatments and its still just as bad, I’ve had blue light something or other(forgot what it was called) for my acne about 5 times I’d guess, I’ve been on every prescription, from acne stuff to blood pressure meds and accutane, which I was on several months longer than advised bc my case is so severe and it still did nothing.
I’ve used Murad, Clinque, and Severe Acne skin care, I’ve also used Proactiv which is just such a joke I cant even believe it. My skin is unbelievably oily and I know drying it out to much makes it work for more oil.
When they did a biopsy all they said was theres bacteria in my skin, wich I thought was kinda obvious. And the other option was enlarged oil glands, which they never said what they can do about it.
I cant stand to look in a mirror and sometimes I wonder how my family can even look at me and I’m sick of feeling like this over my skin. I wish there was a way to just scrape it all off and have new skin, but I’d settle for help on getting it under control and some good makeup tips for foundation.

Several yrs ago I adjusted my diet, and I’m not overweight, I did notice this summer I went down south, I’m from wi and spent 2 weeks in Mississippi and I noticed just sweating so much did help, but I dont routinely sweat like that up here. The levulan blue light treatment did help and I think with enough of it it would help tremendously but my health insurance wont cover it bc its “:cosmetic” and its pretty expensive.

I am 33 years old, in good general health, not obese and I do not have any other skin problems. The occasional zit (maybe once a month) will show up on my face or somewhere else but that’s it.
Although there has always been the occasional zit on my back, in the last 6-8 months it has become much worse. Scrubbing the daylights out of it with soap, or clearasil body wash or other salicylic acid treatments, or getting my wife to dab zit cream on them….nothing has worked.
