Gemini laser treatment for acne and acne scars?

Has anyone gotten this type of laser treatment for their acne or acne scars? I’m nervous about it but hate my scars and even though I’ve been using retin-a, I still break out. I’m just nervous about side effects from the laser, such as swelling or not even noticing a difference. Any advice?

The Gemini Laserscope is now being used to treat acne rosacea, and facial telangectasias. It’s supposedly a step up from traditional pulsed-dye lasers. You can find out more if it is safe or have any side effects from the internet
