   Islam is against persons changing the nature of Almighty God.For eg Man trying to imitate or look like women and Visa versa.A woman is probhited from shaping her Eyebrows,But if her eyebrows are very shaggy and makes her look like a man then She may do something about it according to what islam Allows.But if a woman has hair on her upper lip or in places on her face that normal woman do not have then she has a right to remove it.A woman is allowed to beautify herself for her Husband.
   Now whether man or woman ACNE is not a part of natural presence.Hence you have the right to treat it or remove it in ways that will not harm you face in any way and Islam will allow such a treatment and there is nothing wrong with it.
