Get rid of dairy! No, you probably don’t want to stop eating dairy. You love cheese, especially on bread or crackers. You love yogurt. You think that because yogurt has acidophilus in it that it is healthy. You love to eat cookies and milk. You’ve been eating them since you were a baby. Getting rid of dairy is a major natural acne cure. AS LONG AS YOU KEEP EATING DAIRY FOODS YOU WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT ACNE and many other debilitating diseases. Dairy is not a natural food for human beings. The excess fat and sugars in dairy foods create stagnation and then infection in the pores of your skin. They also create infection in the ears and other places throughout the body. Once again, it is totally unnatural to consume dairy products. No, goats milk is also not acceptable either. It is also not natural for adult humans to consume goats milk, cats milk, ants milk or any other creature’s milk. If you’re looking for a big time natural pimple cure this is it. As for calcium, there is plenty of calcium in vegetables like carrots and broccoli. Yes, I know, you don’t want to eat vegetables. I’m sorry. I’m simply here to tell you the truth about how to get rid of your acne! I do recommend that you consume almond milk from the health food store as a substitute until you can get used to eating vegetables.
Wheat goes with dairy and should also be eliminated if you want to keep a healthy digestive system. The gluten in wheat clogs your digestive “villi” and then prevents you from absorbing nutrients from your food.

Papules are solid mass of cells and pustules are infected lesions. Treatment of pimples may require a combination of medicines.
If you are doing self-treatment with OTC medication, choose them carefully. What worked for your friend may not work for you. Your skin is different and the cause of pimples may be different. Acne is a common problem in adolescents and young adults. Acne is one of the misfortunes of adolescence. While most people suffering from acne do not experience any kind of physical discomfort, some do experience psychological scarring. Around 85 percent of people between the ages of 12 and 24 are affected by acne. Acne usually subsides after adolescence, but may last into middle age. Although commonly associated with adolescence, this is a condition that can erupt at any time, and particularly when your body undergoes hormonal changes such as during pregnancy. Acne can also be commonly found in young infants in the first one to two months of life. This form of acne, called neonatal acne, is thought to be caused by a temporary increase in hormone levels just before and after birth.
Acne is a disorder resulting from the action of hormones on the skin’s oil glands (sebaceous glands), which leads to plugged pores and outbreaks of lesions commonly called pimples, or more scientifically, vulgaris. Some people call it blackheads, blemishes, whiteheads, or zits. Acne lesions usually occur on the face, neck, back, chest, and shoulders. Acne is not just a problem at the surface of the skin. Acne bacteria are just the symptoms and you need to remove the cause of the disease. Acne is a skin disorder associated with one and all. It knows no discrimination on the basis of creed or color.

Pimples not only affect teenagers, but adults as well. People of all races and ages get acne. Almost all children will experience the occasional outbreak of spots or pimples as they move through puberty. Pimples, acne and blackheads are common problems faced by almost everyone. Pimples are formed when the pores on the skin becomes clogged or infected and swellings (pustules) filled with pus. There are a number of factors that contribute to the cause of pimples. The most common cause of pimples is hormonal imbalance. When the hormone levels change, the body produces more sebum, making the skin greasy. The excess sebum blocks the pores resulting in pimples. Fried or oily foods and saturated fat foods can also affect acne prone skin and pimples. When the problem is severe pimples can appear on the neck, face, back, shoulders, chest and arms. Scalp pimples are also common which affect people of all ages.
Skin hygiene is very important in preventing and Treating Pimples. Wash your face with soap and water at least three to four times a day to remove excess oil. Use medicated soap and gels with lukewarm water and use a clean soft towel to pat your face dry. Avoid harsh scrubbing, as this will irritate the skin and there are chances that you might pop the pimples releasing the fluids, which may cause fresh breakouts.
