what are some treatments for the black spots/”scars” after acne?

I have had the fortune of only having 3 acne through the course of my life so far; however, they always leave like a really really dark toned skin spot after the acne subsides.
I know there are some treatments like acne scar cream or oils and stuff.
Can you guys just tell me one that works? like a brand or product?
I googled (verb), and can’t decide which one to use/would work.
I don’t really care for pricing, high or low.(though low would be nice)
also, a safe product that doesn’t cause cancer would be nice too 
(main concern lol)

You are the lucky few that have only 3 acne outbreak through the course of your life. I got countless outbreak even till my late twenties. So far I have not encountered a one treatment solution for all skin type, something that work for my friend, dun always work for me.

And with a bit of help from a Dermatologist, perhaps someone with Mohs Micrographic/Mohs Surgery certification. I reckon it will keep those acne outbreak far far away.
